I keep a whole school full of materials for all ages in modern formats. My website allows me to easily share it online.

University and IT students needing high level classes can have them at home
I have lesson plans for every English class you can imagine. Popular examples are: English for IT, banking, business, tourism, dating/barwork, social media.
Social media can also include video muxing and mixing using ffmpeg, Shotcut, Mixxx and other softwares to make your pages special.
And I can make sure all your devices are secure and your network running perfectly and teach you how to do it too.
Lastly, feel free to invite friends to share your classes.

What I am looking for:

My basic wants to make a deal.

My biggest single expense after visas is housing. I can speak and read Thai and am happy most places between Chanthaburi and Laos.
Thai everything is fine. I prefer fans to aircon and eat Isan food daily. I sleep in a hammock and need a place for a desk, bathroom, not much more. I need internet, but can install myself if needed.

I don't drink and get along well with everybody. I ride a bicycle and need no special care.

A fairly inexpensive place is fine. Those having something nicer than that may work as well. I'm flexable. I will be willing to do more hours for a nicer place, of course.
